The Saudi side was headed by the Director General of General Department of Bilateral Economic and Cultural Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Aifan, while the Canadian side was headed by the Director General of Department of Middle East and North Africa at Canadian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Masood Hussein.
