Cairo, April 15, 2020, SPA -- Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmad Abu Al-Ghait warned today about humanitarian crisis in the camps of the Syrian refugees due to the possibility of the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In a statement issued today, the Arab League said that the Arab League Secretary General listened to the estimates of United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersenon regarding the security and health situation in Syria, stressing the importance of consolidating the current truce and maintaining the ceasefire.
