Djibouti minister of health lauds the services of KSRelief for his country

Riyadh, Safar 7, 1439, October 27, 2017, SPA -- Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabee'a, Consultant at the Royal Court and Supervisor General for Relief and Humanitarian Aid met at his office here today with the minister of health of the Republic of Djibouti Dr. Jamea Almi Akiah, in the attendance of the Djiboutian ambassador to the Kingdom Ziauddin Saeed Bakharmah, who is also dean of diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom. During the meeting, they reviewed the assistance extended by the center to the needy in Djibouti, including the program it was executing in support for the Djiboutian ministry of health in cooperation with the United Nations relief and humanitarian organizations. Also, they discussed a number of important issues in the field of humanitarian action and the possibilities of cooperation between the two sides to the interest of both sides. In a press statement following the meeting, Bakharmah extended thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, for the support they are offering for Djiboutian people, particularly in the field of health. He acknowledged that the Riyadh-based center has provided nearly 175,000 Djiboutian citizens and other foreign refugees residing in Djibouti, citing Yemenis, Somalis and Ethiopians.
