Seoul, Dhu-AlQa'dah 5, 1438, Jul 28, 2017, SPA -- North Korea has claimed the successful launch of a second intercontinental ballistic missile, the South Korean news agency Yonhap reports. The Hwasong-14 missile was test-fired on Friday and supervised by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Yonhap reported, citing North Korean news agency KCNA.
