For his part, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir stressed the importance of the principle of State sovereignty and immunity, indicating that it is a fundamental principle of international law, which was established after the Treaty of Westphalia in 1600. He added that the weakening the sovereign immunity would spread chaos in the international system. Al-Jubair said that the United States is one of the losing countries due to this law as its operations stretches all the way from Japan to South America and the Pacific, and this prompted many countries to reject JASTA law and looking for similar measures. Al-Jubair explained that the two sides discussed the situation in Mosul, Libya and Yemen. With regard to Yemen, Foreign Minister Al-Jubair revealed that there are 150 violations of the truce carried out by militia Huthi and Saleh in Taiz alone, condemning the escalation of violence, and stressing the right of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia to defend itself and to protect its territory. -- SPA 03:48 LOCAL TIME 00:48 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
