Each of the United Nations, the United States of America and the European Union have rejected Al-Guwail's move. The United Nations delegate to Tripoli Martin Koppler said such measures are aiming to establish parallel foundations and derail the political arrangement in Libya, cautioning from more chaos and lack of security, and reiterating his support for the reconciliation government. Mark Tuner, the Deputy Spokesman of the U.S. State department said that Washington is concerned of the development in Tripoli and urged all parties to practice self-constraint, demanding that government buildings in Tripoli be restored to the power of the national reconciliation government and calling on all parties, at the same time, to work for a safe, prosperous and free Libya. In a statement, the European Union said using force to seize power in Libya would not lead except to more chaos and continuous violence with the people of Libya are the main victim. --SPA 04:52 LOCAL TIME 01:52 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
