He said that combating International terrorism and preventing violent extremism was a very critical area where the international community could succeed through enhancing cooperation among all the stakeholders. He underlined that according to the OIC, the best way to confront challenges facing peace, whatever they are, is to provide hope for the Youths. In order to do so effectively, the international community needs to have common understanding about the roots and ideas that germinate terrorism and extreme violence into the young minds. And on the basis of that understanding, they need to work together to support and complement each other.
