A man from Morocco and a Spanish woman were apprehended in the port city of Algeciras. "The knowledge that both were about to leave Spain and that the brother of the man had carried out a suicide bomb attack and died, expedited the arrest," Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz told journalists in Girona.
