The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the university in the city of Hofuf. On this occasion, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz delivered a speech in which he highlighted the great efforts exerted by the Government of the kingdom to support the education sector and rehabilitation of national human resources to accelerate development.
