Riyadh, Jumada I 12, 1437, Feb 21, 2016, SPA -- Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Faleh, Minister of Health, received at his office in Riyadh today visiting South Korean health and welfare minister Chung Shin Yup. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of mutual concern in the field of health cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Korea, notably benefiting from Korean experience in the field of information technology in the health field, modern technologies development in the field of health welfare and medical appliances as well as cooperation in the field of medical research centers as regards the communicable diseases, the research, development and manufacture of biological technologies in addition to training of medical cadres and nurses in Korean medical educational institutions. The meeting was attended by Deputy Health minister Hamad Al-Dhuwaile'a and a number of senior ministry officials and consultants as well as the Korean minister's accompanying delegation.
