Riyadh, 12 Jumada I, 1437,February 21, 2016, SPA -- Algerian Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology has honored Professor Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Omari, Supervisor of Center for Seismic Studies at King Saud University and President of Saudi Society for Geosciences for his distinguished contributions to the scientific research and his effective role in the formation of an integrated scientific system resulted in the issuance of a distinguished international magazine in geosciences which is considered as the only one in the Arab world. The Arab Magazine of Geological Sciences highlights areas of geology through the publication of researches specialized in this science at regional and global levels.
