India cancels investigation into flooding case filed against Saudi Arabia's Ethy Hexonal, officials say

Riyadh, Jumada I 11, 1437, Feb 20, 2016, SPA -- Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, who is also leader of the Saudi team in charge of following-up a case filed against what India claims as flooding the market with SABIC-produced Ethy Hexonal which comes to India from each of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, European Union, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Taipei and the UNited States of America. In a statement, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz said the Anti-flooding affairs committee at the ministry of commerce and industry of India, which he chairs, has the day before yesterday abrogated the decision that demanded launching an investigation into flooding the international market with SABIC-produced Ethy Hexonal. The Kingdom was following the flooding issue in which Saudi Arabia's defense said that the flooding margin is very few and could not be considered at a base for imposing a flooding fee on the mentioned product.
