The meeting established two task forces dedicated to work on unhindered humanitarian access and on a ceasefire in Syria in view to create conducive conditions for a political solution and a significant reduction of violence. These two task forces are open to all ISSG members and will be led by the UN. A statement of the International Syrian Support Group was issued following the deliberations.
