Riyadh, Rabi'II 23, 1437, February 02, 2016, SPA -- Saudi relevant authorities have advised passengers to Germany to declare if they are carrying cash exceeding 10,000 Euro at any of the country's inlets. Major General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Mar'ool, Director of Public Relations and Information Department at the Ministry of Interior, quoted a circular by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as reporting that entry regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany oblige arrivals by air into German airports who carry with them more than 10,000 Euro to declare the money at the Red Gate of the arrivals and departures terminals, assigned for declarations by passengers carrying valuable things, including gold, jewelry and more than 10,000 Euros. Major General Dr. Al-Mar'ool added that the Saudi Consulate in Frankfurt suggests that it is sufficient a customs declaration and valuable things record by any passenger at arrival and departure of Germany, as is the case of the rest of European Union according to the recommendation of Financial Action Task Force (FATF). --SPA 14:46 LOCAL TIME 11:46 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
