Riyadh, Rabi'II 19, 1437, Jan 29, 2016, SPA -- Security spokesman for the Ministry of Interior stated that two suicide bombers had been prevented from entering Al-Ridha mosque in Al-Mahasen district of Al-Ahsa governorate while worshipers were performing Friday congregational prayer, saying that the security men have managed of spotting those two suicide bombers as they drove to the mosque. He further said that when the security men initiated to block the two suicide bombers from entering the mosque, one of them blew himself up at the mosque's entrance where there had been an exchange of fire with the other one, who was injured and being arrested by security men with an explosive belt in his possession. The Ministry of Interior's security spokesman concluded that the suicide bombing incident has resulted in the martyrdom of (two) and the injury of (seven) among the worshippers and it is now under investigation. --SPA 15:18 LOCAL TIME 12:18 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
