Riyadh, Rabi'I 29, 1437, Jan 9, 2016, SPA -- The 3rd phase of assistance program rendered by Riyadh-based King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Works Center to the needy in Tajikistan was launched today from capital Dushanbe to quake-and-flood-hit areas, as per instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
