Riyadh, Rabi'I 22, 1437, Jan 2, 2016, SPA -- The President of the Court of Grievances Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, who is also Chairman of Administrative Judiciary, said today that among the several blessings of our country is that its judiciary is based on the teachings and instructions of the holy Quran and deeds and sayings of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh), citing today’s executions of some members of the deviant group for their acts of bloodshed and corruption. He described the judicial rulings carried out today as a great message that the rulings of Sharia are absolutely against whoever deviates from the correct way through adopting a deviant thought reflecting enmity to his nation and people or subverting the earth or seeking to harm the unity of the country through corruption. He cited a verse of the holy Quran as clearly ordering the execution or crucifixion or amputation of hands and legs oppositely or exiling of whoever commits subversion, kills others or seeks corruption. He said judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a fair independent one whose pillars are based on the pure Islamic Sharia law that doesn't differentiate between followers of this religious sect or that as they are all equal before law and share the same warrants and rights, confirming that the final ruling of today has passed through all litigation levels and lauding the security authorities for their dedication towards observing the country's security and safety. Finally, he prayed to Allah Almighty to protect this country and bestow continuous security and stability on it, under the wise leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, and the Deputy Crown Prince. --SPA 23:48 LOCAL TIME 20:48 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
