Aden, Rabi'I 7, 1437, Dec 18, 2015, SPA -- The Police has foiled a life attempt on Abdullah Ali Al-Nasi, Governor of the province of Shabwa, southern part of Yemen, it was reported here today. An official local source said, in a statement carried by the state-run Yemeni News Agency, that the police managed to successfully detonate an explosive implanted by unknown armed men just in front of the main gate of the governor in the city of Ataq, capital of the province. The source said the highly explosive was designed to take the shape of piece of brick usually used in building.
