Moscow, Rabi'I 02, 1437, December 13, 2015, SPA -- More than 20 people were killed by a fire at a psychiatric hospital in south-western Russia Sunday, local media reported, according to dpa. "Nineteen bodies were recovered at the fire scene, two died in a hospital. Two others are missing," RIA Novosti news agency quoted a regional emergency department source in the Voronezh region as saying. The Tass news agency also said at least 21 people had died and firemen were getting the blaze under control in the village of Alferovka, according to unnamed sources. It said about 50 people fled to safety or were rescued.
