Geneva, Safar 29, 1437, December 11, 2015, SPA --The United States of America, Russia and the United Nations, are holding talks today to prepare for the conference to be held in New York on December 18 by the international community to support Syria. A UN envoy for the crisis in Syria is participating in today's preparatory meeting.
