United Nations, Safar 26, 1437,December 08, 2015,SPA --The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed an agreement to establish diplomatic relations with the Republic of Costa Rica at the headquarters of the Saudi mission in New York last night within the framework of strengthening relations and expanding aspects of cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
