Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif extended thanks to and appreciation of Qatari Emir Sheikh Tammim bin Hamad Al Thani for the warm hospitality, thanking Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani for a good preparation of this meeting. The Crown Prince stressed that this meeting is held in light of international security developments and situations requiring to exert more serious and effective international cooperation in combating terrorism and addressing firmly the reasons, supporters and financiers of its activities. He added the terrorism is a crime threatening the entire humanitarian community which requires cooperation of all sides and all concerted efforts, stressing not to use the identity of those responsible in the terrorist acts in the abuse of belief, race or nation. "On this occasion, we emphasize our countries and peoples' condemnation to the terrorist acts that taken place in Tunisia, France and Mali. We express full solidarity with all countries facing a threat of terrorism and we will continue efforts of joint coordination and cooperation among the security authorities in combating terrorism," the Crown Prince added.
