The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zacharova said today in a statement to the Russian news agency RIA Novosti that several Russian citizens were among the dead, indicating that the ministry would issue a statement when it receives credible information about the number and names of Russian victims. For his part, Chinese President Xi Jinping condemned today the attack by gunmen in Mali, killing 27 innocent people, including three Chinese executives.
