Riyadh, Safar 8, 1437, Nov 20, 2015, SPA -- The Russian capital, Moscow, will host the meetings of the 4th Saudi-Russian Joint Committee during the period 24-26, November, 2015. Eng. Abdullatif bin Ahmad Al-Othman, Governor of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), will lead the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meetings. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Eng. Al-Othman said that the meetings of the Saudi-Russian joint committee came in an important time in light of important transformations and changes, pointing out that 2015 represents a turning point in the history of relations between the two countries.
