Sochi, Muharram 28, 1437, Nov 10, 2015, SPA -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah described the recently-held Kuwaiti-Russian talks as positive. During a joint news conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov today, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid said that positive atmosphere prevailed in the talks of the leaders of our two countries. He stressed that the two countries are keen on enhancing bilateral relations via the signing of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding in military, oil, investment, transportation, cultural and educational fields.
