MEXICO CITY, Muharram 27, 1437, November 09, 2015, SPA -- Mexico's National Human Rights Commission is criticizing the Attorney General's Office for failing to address all the recommendations it made in July about the investigation into the fate of 43 missing college students, according to AP. In a document released Sunday, the commission said the response by the office to its report has been "insufficient and imprecise." The commission in July issued a list of recommendations for the investigation of the disappearance of the students, who authorities say were detained by local police, and handed over to a drug cartel. The commission said that of the 26 observations it made, two were "partially attended to; one was partially addressed with a minimal advance; three are the process of being attended to and 20 weren't addressed" at all. --SPA 03:01 LOCAL TIME 00:01 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
