Cairo, Muharram 20, 1437, Nov 2, 2015, SPA -- Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi received today the credentials of Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ambassador Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Bakr.
