Washington, Muharram 13, 1437, October 26, 2015, SPA --The State of Qatar and the United States of America signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish economic and investment dialogue, in recognition of the close and important ties between the two countries. The MoU was signed for the Qatar by Foreign Minister Dr Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah and for the U.S. by Secretary of State John Kerry.
