Istanbul, Muharram 05, 1437, October 18, 2015, SPA -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel arrived in Turkey on Sunday to meet President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the first time since February 2013, for talks on how to deal with the refugee crisis in Europe, dpa reported. Before the trip, Merkel said the issue of human rights would be on the agenda. "On Sunday all the issues will be on the table," she said.
