Brussels, Muharram 2, 1437, Oct 15, 2015, SPA -- Turkey has asked the European Union for 3 billion euros (3.4 billion dollars) in refugee aid and progress in Ankara's relations with the bloc, in return for joint efforts to tackle migration, EU diplomats said Thursday, dpa reported. A delegation of senior EU officials flew to Turkey this week to enlist the country's help in tackling the biggest migration movements seen in Europe since World War II.
