Makkah, Dhu-AlHijjah 12, 1436, Sep 26, 2015, SPA -- Sultan bin Arar Al-Dosari, the official spokesman of Makkah Governorate, today denied press reports quoting Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, who is also Chairman of Hajj Central Committee, as holding some African pilgrims responsible of the stampede which took place in Mina and resulted in human losses.
