Manila, Dhu-AlQa'dah 08, 1436, August 23, 2015, SPA -- Four more victims of a powerful typhoon that pummeled the northern Philippines have been recovered Sunday bringing to 14 the total number of dead, officials said, according to dpa. Three bodies of miners were dug out Sunday from a landslide in Mankayan town in Benguet province, about 200 kilometres north of Manila, provincial Governor Nestor Fongwan said, while another fatality from drowning was recovered in nearby Kalinga province.
