Cairo, Dhu-AlQa'dah 08, 1436, August 23, 2015, SPA -- The death toll from Syrian government shelling and apparent missile strikes on the rebel-held Damascus suburb of Douma has risen to 34, including 12 children, a monitoring group said Sunday, according to dpa.
