Doha, November 03, 1436, August 18, 2015, SPA-- Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani received here today a written message from the President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, concerning the relations between the two countries and ways to develop them.
