Kathmandu, Dhu-AlQa'dah 03, 1436, August 18, 2015, SPA -- One person was killed and four injured after police opened fire on crowds demonstrating against parts of the proposed constitution Tuesday in south-eastern Nepal, an official said, according to dpa. Police were clearing crowds blocking the East-West highway when the shots were fired, assistant chief district officer Shishir Poudel said.
