Valletta, Shawwal 20, 1436, Aug 5, 2015, SPA -- Around 200 migrants are feared dead after a boat capsized off Libya on Wednesday, dpa cited humanitarian agencies as saying. The UN refugee agency said some 600 people were on board but nearly 400 had been rescued. Twenty five migrants are confirmed dead while 100 were in the hull, giving them a slim chance of survival. The boat is believed to have capsized very fast.
