At the outset of the meeting, the Grand Mufti welcomed the Indonesian Minister and the accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of the role of religious affairs in Indonesia and their responsibility towards Muslims there. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of interest to Muslims.
