Munich, Rabi'II 17, 1436, February 06, 2015, SPA -- German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen accuses Russia of waging a "hybrid war" in Ukraine and says that arms deliveries won't solve the conflict, dpa reported. "A focus on arms alone can be a fire accelerant that only removes us further from a solution," she says, adding that the move could give Moscow a pretext to openly intervene in the conflict. Von der Leyen says that Moscow is using intelligence and military operations, political destabilisation and a massive propaganda campaign to undermine the current order in Ukraine.
