Riyadh, Rabi'I 7, 1436, Dec 29, 2014, SPA -- Majlis Al-Shura has extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, and Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier, Adviser and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, on the occasion of the issuance of the state's budget for the new fiscal year 1436 - 1437 AH (2014/2015).
