Moscow, Rabi'I 4, 1436, Dec 26, 2014, SPA -- Ilyas Magomed - Salamovich Omakhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Council decored the Saudi ambassador to the Federal Republic of Russia Ali bin Hasan Faqih with the Federal Council's medal in recognition of his role in developing the Saudi Russian relations.
