Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait and the accompanying delegation arrived in Qatar today to head the Kuwaiti delegation to the meetings of the thirty-fifth session of the GCC Supreme Council which will be opened later today.
