Riyadh, Safar 16, 1436, Dec 8, 2014, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order today, relieving Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Angari of his post at his request and assigning Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti as Minister of Higher Education.
