Fourth: After reviewing what has been submitted by the Minister of Labor, and after consideration of Majlis Al-Shura's resolution No. (87/46) dated 10/06/2014, the Cabinet approved an agreement in the field of employment of domestic workers between the Ministry of Labor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Expatriates Affairs of Republic of India, which was signed in New Delhi on 02/01/2014. A royal decree has been prepared in this regard. Among the most prominent features of this agreement: 1. It aims to protect the rights of domestic workers and the rights of employers and regulate the contractual relationship between the two parties as well as to organize and control the costs of recruitment in both countries. 2. It stipulates that the candidated domestic labor shall have no criminal records, be trained in specialized centers or institutes in household works, and be educated on customs and traditions of the Kingdom, and the nature of the terms and conditions of the employment contract. Fifth: After reviewing what has been submitted by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and after consideration of Majlis Al-Shura's resolution (111/57) dated 22/09/2014, the Cabinet approved the International Telecommunication Regulations, contained in the final documents of the World Conference on International Telecommunications. A royal decree has been prepared in this regard. Sixth: The Cabinet approved a number of appointments and the transfer at ranks 15th and 14th and the post of (Minister Plenipotentiary) as follows: 1- Appointment of Amer bin Abdulmohsen bin Amer Al-Dosari to the post of (Legitimate Councilor for Agencies' Affairs) at 15th rank in General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. --More 15:28 LOCAL TIME 12:28 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
