Riyadh, Safar 10, 1436, Dec 2, 2014, SPA -- The Chairman of Radio and Television Commission, Abdulrahman Al-Hazza met at his office yesterday, Secretary General for Holy Quran International and Local Competition, Dr. Mansour bin Mohammed Al-Samih, on the occasion of the conclusion of the competition's the events of King Abdulaziz International Competition for Holy Quran Memorization, Intonation and Interpretation in its 56th session. Dr. Samih expressed deep thanks and appreciation to the outstanding efforts made by the Radio and Television Commission to cover the competition's events at the Grand Mosque, via live broadcast by the Holy Quran Radio; Holy Quran Radio Nedaa AlIslam (Call of Islam) and the coverage carried by the first channel, Makkah TV and Cultural Channel, commending the media role carried out by the Commission towards this international event.
