LOS ANGELES, Safar 10, 1436, December 02, 2014, SPA -- Foreign aid group Partnership in Academics and Development (PAD) said Monday that it has closed its office in Kabul after a weekend attack by the Taliban killed the office’s director, his two children, and two Afghan citizens. PAD International Field Director Allen Goff told The Associated Press that several other people were injured. PAD said that the Afghan facility was attacked by gunmen, including one who detonated a bomb.
