Sixth: The Cabinet approved the Food Regulation. Among the most prominent features of the regulation are: 1- The regulation provides for the Saudi Food and Drug Authority to establish and operate a rapid alert system for reporting any direct or indirect food-sourced risk to human health, and give consumers awareness through the means it deems appropriate. 2- The regulation gives the authority the power to order pulling food posing threat to consumers' health or public health if it cannot be avoided by available measures or take appropriate action as required by the nature of the case. Seventh: The Cabinet approved the following appointments: 1- Khalid bin Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Khayal was appointed to the job of ambassador at the Foreign Ministry. 2- Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Alnoofl was appointed to the job of ambassador at the Foreign Ministry. 3- Fahd bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Rasheed was appointed to the job of ambassador at the Foreign Ministry. 4- Hamad bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Wahaibi was appointed to the job of Director General of Education in Makkah at the Ministry of Education. 5- Fawzia bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Sager was appointed to the job of education expert at the Ministry of Education. 6- Hassan bin Hassan bin Mohammed Al Omari was appointed to the job of Director General of Rights at the Ministry of the Interior. 7- Bandar bin Abdullah bin Obaid Alrasheed was appointed to the job of Director General of the Office of the governor of the region at the governorate of Riyadh region. 8- Zaid bin Hamad bin Faisal Faheed was appointed to the job of sector head at the Ministry of Finance. 9- Mohammed bin Abdul-Rahim bin Abdullah Halwani was appointed to the job of expert geologist at Saudi Geological Survey Authority. --More 15:49 LOCAL TIME 12:49 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
