A suicide car bomb targeted NATO vehicles in the capital Kabul, killing one civilian, said General Mohammad Ayoub Salangi, senior deputy minister of interior. "The attack happened in Qabilby neighborhood, near a residential compound for NATO contractors," Salangi told dpa, adding that three NATO soldiers were injured. In the eastern province of Nangarhar, a suicide bomber killed two civilians and injured six others, the interior ministry said in a statement.
