Geneva, Dhu-AlHijjah 14, 1435, Oct 8, 2014, SPA-- Ambassadors of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States to UN have voiced concern on the delay of a proposed international conference for protecting the Palestinian civilians. This came in a statement made by the Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations and International Organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Jamal Al-Ghunim.
