Jeddah, Dhu-AlHijjah 06, 1435, September 30, 2014, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance has allotted 3250000 short electronic guiding mail messages to show pilgrims the way to perform their rituals and educate them about religious regulations of Hajj and Umrah (minor pilgrimage) in different times, it was reported here today.
