New York, Dhu-AlQa'dah 29, 1435, September 24, 2014, SPA -- The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Canada held in New York yesterday the first session of the strategic dialogue between them. The GCC side was headed by Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait, and president of the current session of the Ministerial Council, and the GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, while the Canadian side was headed by Foreign Minister John Baird .
